Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM Asset Testing CSS HTML and other related technologies. This role involves developing and integrating new products in the tech domain ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with our company's goals and societal impact.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of new products in the tech domain ensuring alignment with company objectives and societal impact.
  • Oversee the implementation of AEM Asset Testing ensuring robust and efficient workflows.
  • Provide expertise in CSS and HTML to enhance the user interface and user experience.
  • Manage AEM Asset Security Workflow to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
  • Integrate AEM Assets with other systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Configure AEM Assets to meet project requirements and optimize performance.
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery ensuring seamless deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with team members using GitBucket for version control and code management.
  • Develop applications using Spring Boot and Java focusing on scalability and reliability.
  • Implement REST Web Services to enable seamless communication between systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in AEM Asset Testing CSS and HTML.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AEM Asset Security Workflow and Integration.
  • Have a solid understanding of Jenkins and GitBucket for continuous integration and version control.
  • Proficient in Spring Boot Java and REST Web Services.
  • Experience in New Product Development in the tech domain is essential.
