Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem along with domain experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage testing processes and ensure quality assurance in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for projects involving TW-Basic Config Trackwise On-prem Qumas Master Control Qualiteam and Werum Pas-x ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts to validate software functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics.
  • Manage testing resources and timelines ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of testing processes.
  • Drive innovation in testing strategies to improve product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate testing tools and technologies recommending upgrades or changes as needed.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality software that supports scientific research and innovation.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem with proven experience in testing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a track record of successfully leading testing teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Show proficiency in test management tools and methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Display strong communication skills capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in testing technologies and practices.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Certified Bioinformatics Professional
