As a Sr. Product Consultant, you will contribute meaningfully by leading the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector. You’ll be part of a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team environment, working alongside diverse stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
In this role, you will
- Lead the customization and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet client-specific needs.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimal use of Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver training sessions to client teams, supporting knowledge transfer and long-term success.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges effectively.
- Partner with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Stay informed on developments in Guidewire PolicyCenter and the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Extensive experience with Guidewire APD, Integration, PCF, and Gosu.
- Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
- Proactive mindset in identifying opportunities for system improvement and innovation.
