Job Summary

The BD Lead role is pivotal in driving business growth and expanding market presence. With 8 to 12 years of experience the candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office and domain knowledge in Payer and Provider to develop strategic partnerships. Operating in a hybrid work model the role focuses on day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to analyze market trends and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of business initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of business development activities with the companys overall objectives.
  • Support the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Payer and Provider domains.
  • Showcase the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving business development goals.
  • Show adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
