We are seeking an experienced App Security Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on implementing and managing privileged access management solutions, with a strong emphasis on CyberArk technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing our digital infrastructure, ensuring the integrity of systems, and supporting the organization’s cybersecurity posture. This hybrid position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and manage CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager to enhance security protocols and reduce risk exposure.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of CyberArk Privileged Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide expert guidance on Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across the organization’s infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and privileged access protocols.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to mitigate threats.
- Train and support internal teams in the use of CyberArk solutions to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends and advancements to continuously improve security measures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new security tools and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Report on security metrics and performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Promote a security-conscious culture through awareness and best practices.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and its application in securing IT environments.
- Expertise in deploying and managing CyberArk Privileged Cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Privileged Access Management principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on privileged access management.
