Job Summary

The Jr. Software Engineer will contribute to the development and enhancement of software solutions using React JS and Azure technologies. With a focus on hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. This role requires a strong technical background and offers the opportunity to impact the companys growth and societal advancement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using React JS and Azure to ensure high performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices in coding and design to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to industry standards.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure software solutions are aligned with business objectives and contribute to company growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  • Utilize Azure services to deploy and manage applications efficiently in a hybrid environment.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress and align on project goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in React JS and Azure technologies essential for developing robust applications.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Information domain enhancing the ability to understand industry-specific requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Show capability in troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure application reliability.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site tasks.
  • Bring a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in projects.

  • Certifications Required

    Azure Developer Associate certification is highly recommended.
