The Solutions Lead – Global Capability Center Setup & Management Service Line (GCC) will focus on bid execution and sales enhancements supporting our business development (BD) and pre-sales team’s efforts within the GCC Service Line, empowering Organizations to seamlessly establish and operate their own GCC, a shared GCC, or our existing GCCs. The Solutions Lead fosters pipeline governance and client presentations. The wide scope of our GCCs will enable and fuel multiple lines of business efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
· Support strategic account relationships within the GCC Service Line ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
· Support bid execution by coordinating with the Regional Sales leader Practice organization and Enterprise BD community to develop compelling proposals.
· Assist in pre-sales efforts conducting market analysis and gathering insights to enhance business opportunities.
· Oversee pipeline governance tracking opportunities and ensuring seamless progression across business units.
· Develop client presentations and proposal materials tailoring messaging to align with GCC Service Line strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs.
· Analyze market trends and industry shifts identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
· Ensure adherence to bid management protocols maintaining documentation and process compliance.
· Act as a liaison between sales practice and BD teams facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
· Provide regular reporting and analytics on sales performance bid outcomes and market positioning to inform decision-making.
Experience Required
· Proven experience in strategy or advisory consulting
· Experience in profit and loss (P&L) management

The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
