Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mobile Device Management Desktop Management using SCCM Device Management with Intune and Desktop Management for MAC. This role requires a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the deployment and maintenance of mobile devices across the organization to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement and maintain SCCM for desktop management to optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Utilize Intune for device management to enhance security and compliance across all devices.
  • Administer desktop management for MAC systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align device management strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for device-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures for device management to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of device management systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in device management to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all device management activities.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for device management to support organizational growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on device management initiatives and outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Mobile Device Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Desktop Management using SCCM with a focus on optimizing system performance.
  • Have strong expertise in Device Management with Intune to ensure security and compliance.
  • Show capability in Desktop Management for MAC systems with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of the Hi-Tech domain to align device management strategies with industry trends.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve device-related issues promptly.
  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Apple Certified Support Professional
