Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Safety and Platform Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our online platforms. With a focus on Korean language skills you will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for our users. This role requires rotational shifts and offers a work-from-office model providing a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze online content to ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve safety issues on the platform.
  • Utilize Japanese language skills to accurately translate and interpret content for safety assessments.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential safety breaches and provide detailed reports.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent future safety incidents on the platform.
  • Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand safety and online content management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on brand safety procedures and language translation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for safety processes and guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of new safety features and tools for the platform.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of safety updates and changes to relevant parties.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and coverage for safety operations.
  • Contribute to the overall mission of creating a safe and trustworthy online environment for users.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading writing and speaking Korean to effectively manage content.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess and address safety concerns.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in translations and safety assessments.
  • Show adaptability to work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic work environments.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and safety enhancement.

Certifications Required

TOPIK Level 5 / Level 6
