Engagement Manager

About the role

As Engagement Manager, you will make an impact by Manager assess client needs, identify requirements, and develop projects to improve business operations. You will be a valued member of the SNBG team and work collaboratively with team leads, sales associates and the client.

In this role, you will:

  1. Global project management (AMS, EMEA, APAC)
    • Ensure effective execution across regions, handling diverse clients, resources, and regulations.
  2. Building strong customer relationships & leading meetings
    • Establish trust and clear communication to align expectations and drive project success.
  3. Managing scope, schedule, and budget
    • Keep projects on track, preventing deviations and ensuring operational efficiency.
  4. Handling client escalations and risk management
    • Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and respond swiftly to critical challenges.
  5. Transforming deliverables into actionable plans
    • Convert strategies and outcomes into concrete steps for maximum impact and goal achievement.

Work model: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Colombia. What you need to have to be considered:

· Proven experience in Project Management – Ensures structured execution and delivery.

· Proven experience in Service Management – Critical for maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

· Proven experience in General Consulting – Strong ability to advise clients and drive solutions.

· Proven experience in ServiceNow projects – Key for managing implementations within this platform.

These will help you stand out

· Advanced English proficiency – Essential for global collaboration and stakeholder communication.

· ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification (Desired) – Adds credibility in platform management.

· Scrum Master Certification (Desired) – Valuable for agile project oversight.
