Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Administrator for our ISG team with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to manage product operations efficiently ensuring seamless integration and support for our insurance solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of product administration ensuring all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect into existing systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product configurations and processes.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of product functionalities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Support the development and execution of product roadmaps aligning with company goals.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively. Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in OmniDVW Omni Script and Omni Connect essential for product administration.
  • Demonstrate experience in Life and Annuities Insurance providing valuable domain insights.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills crucial for addressing technical challenges.
  • Show proficiency in documentation and reporting aiding in clear communication.
  • Display strong collaboration skills essential for working with cross-functional teams.

    Certified Product Manager (CPM) Omni Product Certification
