Strategic Analyst and Advisor Leader role within Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance is the primary interface for the Market for engaging the analyst advisor community on our BCM capability, messaging, solutions and marketing. This role is responsible for the overall vision and strategy (short and long-term strategic planning) for analyst, advisor engagement, offering development and evangelization, influencing domain solution design, owning C suite reach out and enablement, and partner management. Working closely with market units to engage analyst, advisor community, bring critical solutions and elevate our brand with C suite where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop Analyst, Advisor Strategy:

o Define the Analyst, Advisor functional area and the outcomes the team aims to achieve for customers

o Develop insights on the key market and competitor trends with focus on tech evolution / new threats

o Develop a vision & comprehensive strategy for the BCM when it comes to A&A capability, ratings conversations

· Manage practice area performance:

o Ensure revenue growth opportunity building

o Support Markets and troubleshoot challenges as-needed

· Own offering management:

o Identify market gaps, opportunity for new offering development

o Design and develop a suite of repeatable and scalable solution offerings that address critical client business outcomes

o Manage lifecycle (ideation to retirement) & identify investment areas in new offering incubation, growth as needed

o Oversee offering evangelization internally (SLS, Client partners) and externally (analysts etc.)

· Manage sales trends:

o Manage translation of business problems into IT solutions & work with sales leads; assist sales team qualifying prospects

o Participate with sales and account teams in executing select account penetration strategies with Analysts, advisors

· Marketing Needs:

o Be accountable for marketing of key messages, account penetration strategies, account based marketing

o Ensure Pre-Sales team is engaging clients in region to explore opportunities and better define desired business outcomes, through workshops/digital dialogues/demos/PoCs

o Provide input for Pre-Sales team to support priority customers in imagining how solutions can improve their business

o Ensure team is equipped and trained to credentialize with customers though & experience in the specific markets (industry/geo)/practice area

o Engage priority clients directly to credentialize

· Owns alliance relationships:

o Own alliance relations and partnership with analysts, advisors and intermediaries

o Establish and develop new strategic alliances to better business outcomes

o Collaborate with internal A&A teams on calendar of events and actions on a periodic basis.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years in a senior leadership role in Analyst & Advisor function
  • Good understanding of technology and operations sourcing world, buying patterns and C suite roster
  • Flair for marketing, solution

Preferred background:

· Senior leadership role in Analyst & Advisor function capacity, ability to drive marketing in specific areas, ability to engage with C Suite on various capabilities and track record of bringing offerings to market, as well as leveraging organizational capabilities to support offers/solutions

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until July 13,2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 - $240,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
