Job Summary

The Sr. Architect role is pivotal in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and related technologies. With a focus on innovation and efficiency the candidate will leverage their expertise in Javascript CSS HTML SiteCore and .Net Framework to drive impactful digital transformations. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and integration of web applications utilizing Javascript CSS and HTML to enhance user experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of SiteCore with existing systems optimizing performance and functionality.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality codebase.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and technical processes.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with business goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on SiteCore and .Net Framework.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that align with the companys strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Sitecore XM Cloud demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
  • Have a strong proficiency in Javascript CSS and HTML with a proven track record of developing responsive web applications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SiteCore and .Net Framework with the ability to architect complex solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Show strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • The resource should be able to work on Web Api with C#.
  • Should have Mvc5 work experience.
  • Should have Sitecore 10 experience with customizations.
  • Should have good understanding of Sitecore Clone behavior.
  • Should have good knowledge in PowerShell scripting.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $116,000/Year to $136,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
