Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot and Java with a preference for those with experience in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic environment contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions.


Responsibilities

Full Stack Developers

Web Development using REACT Responsive Design Media Queries Bootstrap Java Spring Boot Node JS RESTful APIs JWT Oauth SQL Server NoSQL Containerization Orchestration using Docker Kubernetes

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Spring Boot and Java ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices in software development including code reviews testing and documentation to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of software systems contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs ensuring software solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users addressing any issues or concerns related to software functionality.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance software development processes and methodologies.

  • Possess strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Java with a proven track record of successful software development projects.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Cards & Payments domain with a solid understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends.
