Job Summary

The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Automic Workload Automation systems. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts this position requires a deep understanding of automation processes to ensure seamless operations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and support business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Automic Workload Automation systems to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions that align with business goals.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement security measures to protect automation systems from potential threats.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Analyze system data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong technical team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to automation systems.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for automation technology adoption.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Automic Workload Automation and its applications in a business environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to automation systems.
  • Have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation for automation processes.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify system trends and areas for improvement.
  • Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in automation technology.

  • Certifications Required

    Automic Certified Professional ITIL Foundation Certification
