About the role

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Aera technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Billing and Revenue Management. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our technological framework. The position operates during the day shift with no travel required , As our next Solutions Architect you will make an impact by leading and organizing the actions in the team You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with manager , co-workers and all the organization in the project.

In this role, you will:

Responsibilities

· Design and implement scalable technology solutions using Aera to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems.

· Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and reliability.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture designs and technical processes.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

· Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

· Lead efforts to optimize billing and revenue management processes through innovative technology solutions.

· Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and align technology strategies accordingly.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user experience.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology architecture.

Work model: Remote or Irving, TX.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Possess extensive experience in Aera technology with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Have a solid understanding of billing and revenue management processes and systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and reliable technology architectures.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until July 20th 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 - $142,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
