Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with 16 to 20 years of expertise in Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management including Microsoft PIM/PAM Entra ID and M365 Idaas. This role involves designing and implementing Active Directory solutions ensuring seamless integration and administration. The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Active Directory solutions to enhance organizational security and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of Microsoft PIM/PAM and Entra ID to streamline identity and access management processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on M365 Idaas to ensure robust identity solutions across the organization.
  • Administer and manage Active Directory environments to maintain optimal performance and security.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Certificate Management solutions to support secure communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of identity solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for identity and access management processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of identity and access management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory and associated technologies.
  • Implement best practices for identity creation and management within Active Directory.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of identity and access management systems.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff on identity and access management tools and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft identity and access management technologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in designing and implementing Active Directory solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PIM/PAM Entra ID and M365 Idaas.
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Certificate Management and ADFS.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
