Job Location: King of Prussia PA (2 days onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a DCS/DeltaV Senior Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems. A background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain is advantageous. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of control systems using Emerson Delta V ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of various DCS PLC and SCADA systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex automation systems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify potential improvements and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all control system projects.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to build a strong technical team.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize functionality.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the companys goals by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Emerson Delta V DCS PLC and SCADA systems.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bring a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
