Job Summary

The Program Manager will oversee delivery management ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. With a focus on regulatory compliance and medical devices the role requires a strategic approach to managing hybrid work models. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams driving efficiency and innovation in day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee delivery management processes ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in all project activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align team efforts and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance project management capabilities.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and medical devices with the ability to apply this expertise in project management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models balancing remote and in-office team dynamics.
  • Have a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in project management preferred.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP Certification PRINCE2 Practitioner preferrable
