Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows File Server Administration Windows Administration and VDI - Windows Virtual Desktop. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. The role involves day shifts with no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows File Servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Oversee the administration of Windows environments ensuring system integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and manage VDI solutions specifically Windows Virtual Desktop to enhance remote work capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
  • Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Document system configurations and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in cloud environments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Windows File Server Administration and Windows Administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing VDI solutions particularly Windows Virtual Desktop.
  • Have a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus enhancing domain-specific solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken.

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
