Job Summary

The Sr. Cloud Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud solutions that align with the companys strategic goals. With a focus on Microsoft Teams and IP Telephony the candidate will ensure seamless collaboration and communication across the organization. This role requires expertise in finance and accounting domains contributing to the enhancement of business processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of cloud architecture solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Provide expertise in IP Telephony to ensure efficient and reliable communication systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing finance and accounting systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud computing.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve cloud services and solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor cloud performance and implement strategies for optimization and cost management.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in cloud technologies.
  • Support the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud services.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new cloud capabilities and their potential impact on business processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of IP Telephony and its integration with cloud solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting domains to support business needs.
  • Exhibit proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation.
  • Show capability in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Display excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
