Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 13 to 16 years of experience to oversee and manage complex programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budget management governance communication resource management planning and execution. Experience in Fleet Management systems particularly in the cruise domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong organizational and communication skills to drive program success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee budget management to ensure programs are delivered within financial constraints and achieve profitability targets.
  • Coordinate governance and communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage resources effectively allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members to optimize productivity and program outcomes.
  • Develop detailed program plans outlining timelines milestones and deliverables to guide program execution.
  • Monitor program progress identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve program objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management highlighting program achievements and addressing any challenges.
  • Utilize expertise in Fleet Management systems to enhance program delivery in the cruise domain.
  • Implement best practices in program management to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain program integrity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the hybrid work model by facilitating effective communication and collaboration among remote and on-site team members.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in program budget management ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Exhibit strong governance and communication skills to maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Possess expertise in resource management optimizing team performance and program outcomes.
  • Showcase experience in program planning and execution delivering successful results.
  • Experience in Fleet Management systems particularly in the cruise domain is a plus.
