Kofax & MarkView Solutions Problem Manager
The Role:
Cognizant is seeking a seasoned and innovative Problem Manager with deep expertise in Kofax technologies and MarkView to support our global client base. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives in diverse, geographically distributed teams and is passionate about driving operational excellence through intelligent automation.
While Kofax experience is essential, MarkView expertise is a must-have for this position, as it plays a critical role in optimizing purchase request processing and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of technical issues across Kofax Capture Network Server and MarkView platforms.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in MarkView, ensuring seamless integration and performance in financial document workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and streamline operations.
- Implement and support Kofax E-Signature Essentials and Kofax Transformation to improve document accuracy and automation.
- Drive continuous improvement in purchase request processing, leveraging deep domain knowledge and MarkView capabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues across Kofax and MarkView environments.
- Provide strategic guidance on optimizing Kofax Capture performance.
- Document problem-solving processes and maintain detailed records for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Train and mentor team members on both Kofax and MarkView technologies.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in problem management.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with MarkView—this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Proven expertise in Kofax Capture Network Server, Kofax Transformation, and E-Signature Essentials.
- Strong background in purchase request and financial document processing workflows.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
