Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as entry-level SAP Functional Analyst/Developers. This hybrid role is designed for junior SAP developers or those looking to launch their career in SAP, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in SAP environments while contributing to real-world projects and solutions. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of SAP modules and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of SAP applications, working closely with experienced SAP professionals.
  • Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes within the SAP landscape, using user-friendly tools and guided support.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP technical or functional issues, learning core SAP troubleshooting methods and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP-based solutions that meet real business needs.
  • Take part in regular code reviews, functional discussions, and project updates to build your SAP knowledge and share learning experiences.
  • Contribute to the implementation and onboarding of new SAP technologies and modules, with a learning path tailored for junior developers.
  • Document SAP processes, configuration changes, and lessons learned to ensure clarity for yourself and the team.
  • Translate user requirements and business needs into practical SAP functionalities, guided by senior analysts and mentors.
  • Focus on system reliability and SAP security, with ongoing training to build your technical foundation.
  • Provide basic support to users and colleagues as you develop confidence in your SAP skillset.
  • Stay current on SAP trends and foundational technologies as part of your professional growth, with access to company-provided resources and training.
  • Adopt a regular day shift work schedule in a supportive, team-based environment, with no travel required.

Qualifications

  • Genuine curiosity about SAP systems and eagerness to learn new modules, processes, and technologies.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities, with the willingness to actively collaborate and ask questions.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with or without prior SAP experience.
  • Motivation to develop your SAP expertise and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Openness to feedback and guidance from senior SAP professionals.
  • Previous exposure to SAP (in academic projects, internships, or other roles) is a plus but not required; full training is provided.
  • Intermediate English is required.
