Project Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic integration program following a recent company acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of systems, processes, and teams across both organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the integration program.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with senior leadership, business units, and technical teams to align on integration objectives.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and external vendors.
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure accountability across project contributors.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, reports, and change logs.
• Provide transparent and accurate reporting to leadership and governance bodies.
• Support post-integration reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) and business processes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with change management and organizational readiness practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between ( $66,896 - $132,500) depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
