Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6+years of experience in Business Rule Development in Pega Pega BPM Services Development Pega BPM Solution Component Design and Pega BPM Solution Development. Must have domain expertise in Payer.

As a Pega Developer you will be responsible for implementing Pega BPM solutions unit testing support functional testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies and domain experience in Provider and Payer sectors.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega Reporting ensuring data accuracy and insightful analytics for decision-making.
  • Provide technical expertise in Pega Platform ensuring robust and scalable solutions are delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with existing systems optimizing data flow and user experience.
  • Drive the development of Pega User Experience ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for end-users.
  • Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support seamless access to applications across devices.
  • Manage Pega Case Management processes ensuring efficient handling of cases and improved service delivery.
  • Utilize PEGA Sales Automation to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Leverage PEGA Customer Service capabilities to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Apply PEGA Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making enhancing business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Provider and Payer domains.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Possess a strong background in Pega Application Development with proven experience in delivering successful projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Have a deep understanding of Pega User Experience design principles and best practices.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Pega Mobility solutions and their implementation in diverse environments.
  • Show proficiency in Pega Case Management and its application in real-world scenarios.
  • Display experience in PEGA Sales Automation and its impact on sales processes.
  • Understand PEGA Customer Service functionalities and their role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Be well-versed in PEGA Decision Hub and its application in data-driven strategies.
  • Have domain expertise in Provider and Payer sectors understanding their unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Be capable of working in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
