Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in DCS-DeltaV Systems to support automation projects in the Life Sciences manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and robotics, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and configure DeltaV DCS, PLCs, SCADA, and related automation software.

Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications, user manuals, and SOPs.

Implement automation strategies for industrial process control systems.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade existing control systems, including integration with MES and other enterprise systems.

Participate in project management activities, including planning, coordination, and execution.

Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal operation.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.

Apply industry best practices and standards in automation system design and implementation.

Stay current with evolving automation technologies and trends.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Electrical, Computer Science, Bio-Process Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant automation experience in Life Sciences Manufacturing.

Proven experience with DeltaV DCS systems is mandatory.

Working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automation systems is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and validation processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
