As a Partner Advisory Sales Lead you will make an impact by being responsible for leading and managing the provision of consulting services and sales to our partners.
In this role, you will:
Lead and Manage Partner Advisory Sales operations, Targets, KPIs and client expectations
Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery

What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field;
Experience working and leading B2B Partner Sales Programs or Channel Partner Programs. Excellent Sales Pipeline management, negotiation and Sales Operations skills;
Advanced English proficiency - C1 certification or higher;
Solid knowledge of cloud technologies and the concept of digital transformation; Cloud Digital Leader certification or any other cloud certification is a big plus;
Experience in driving revenue and pipeline-related goals;
Experience in managing Salespeople and Sales Operations;
Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams;
Excellent time management skills;
Innovative leadership - ability to think a few steps ahead;
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment;

Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Understand our partners’ unique needs, challenges and business objectives to customize consulting services accordingly.
Identify and Recommend Sales Solutions by conducting thorough analyses of our partners’ business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
Develop and deliver customized solutions aligned to our partners’ strategic objectives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Implement and implement B2B sales methodologies.
Develop and Deliver Consulting Reports and Business Analysis that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and manage Consulting Projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources, timely execution and successful outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Lead and Manage: Guide, develop a team of consulting professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning by providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Manage attrition, turnover and hiring.
