About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience specializing in Google CCAI and Medicare & Medicaid Claims. The role involves designing and implementing technology solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise in Javascript to develop robust and efficient applications.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve performance and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare & Medicaid Claims regulations in all technology solutions.

What you need to have
- Possess extensive experience in Javascript demonstrating the ability to develop complex applications.
- Have a deep understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims processes and regulations.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Show a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a healthcare setting.
- Be adaptable to changing technologies and able to learn new skills quickly.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $155,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
