Azure Databricks Sr. Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

· Plan, build, and implement data solutions based on Data Bricks.

· Design and build Modern Data Pipelines and Data Streams.

· Develop and Maintain Data Warehouse.

· Design and create ETL processes supplying Data Warehouse.

· Implement effective metrics and monitoring process.

· Preprocess of structured and unstructured data, and create queries in the database.

Essential Skills Needed

  • Must have at least 8+ years of experience in Azure implementation
  • Hands-on experience in Azure Databricks
  • Good working knowledge in any of the following components: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL DW, Azure SQL

Nice to have skills:

  • Knowledgeable with PySpark
  • Experience with any programming language used for data engineering purpose, Python, Scala R, Java, Etc

Other qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field
  • Must be amenable to work in a morning shift
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup
