Responsibilities:
Securities settlements
- Provide settlement services in our role as a global custodian for our clients,
- Ensure securities portfolios are transferred between other financial institutions,
- Guarantee timely settlement of transactions in global markets and play an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions.
Fund settlements
- Process private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients,
- Ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions,
- Liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.
Your profile:
- Fluent English,
- 1-3 years of relevant experience,
- Good understanding of securities markets, specifically functions of a custodian,
- Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements,
- Basic understanding of Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation,
- Profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders),
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, typically MT54x settlement instructions.
