Hedge Funds Migration specialist (Zurich, Switzerland)
Full time office role (100% in the office)
Zürich, Switzerland location
12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents.
- Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation.
- Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers.
- Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments
- Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements.
- Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC
- Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI)
- Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions
- Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks
- Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations
- 1-3 years relevant experience with Hedge fund migrations is a must
- Fluent English language (written and spoken)
- Experience in investment banking and wealth management
