As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer & Lead to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
· Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
· Oversee day-to-day operation
· Set and monitor team performance
Technical Skills Required:
· Expertise in Java, Spring
· Experience with ORM (e.g. Entity Framework, nHibernate, Hibernate)
· Nice to have one of the front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
· Databases: SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
· CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI)
· Cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS)
· Fluent in Polish and English
Agile Methodologies:
· Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
