Resolver llamadas entrantes de clientes, chat y tickets de autoservicio
Proporcionar documentación detallada en el sistema de registro de tickets
Recibir y gestionar eficazmente las escaladas de problemas de los clientes
Asumir la propiedad y la responsabilidad de los problemas técnicos de los clientes
Aumentar la base de conocimientos mediante la transmisión de información sobre la resolución de nuevos problemas al administrador del Service Desk a través del proceso establecido de falta de conocimientos
Notificar con prontitud a la Gestión de Incidentes Críticos los problemas de alta prioridad tras recopilar la información necesaria para su escalado
Mantener un alto nivel de calidad de la experiencia del cliente
Gestión de incidencias, mejora de servicios/procesos, gestión de accesos de usuarios, gestión del conocimiento
Forma el nivel de asistencia inicial de la aplicación y la primera interfaz para los servicios de asistencia
SOP / Resolución y cumplimiento basados en scripts
Realización de controles preventivos y rutinarios diarios
Realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos y la gestión de la alimentación por lotes
Buscar continuamente posibilidades de reducir la afluencia de incidentes mediante secuencias de comandos, autoservicio, automatización y preguntas frecuentes para los usuarios finales de la empresa
Análisis de RCA determinados patrones de incidentes recurrentes
resolución de incógnitas y el cumplimiento ad hoc mediante cambios de configuración, soluciones provisionales
Realización de diagnósticos relacionados con los tickets y restablecimiento de los servicios mediante correcciones
Activar la gestión de problemas mediante análisis periódicos de tendencias y para incidentes en los que no hay solución posible.
Esfuerzo continuo para «desplazar a la izquierda» los incidentes mediante la creación de artefactos de conocimiento / guiones
Gestión de solicitudes de servicios ad hoc o no estándar
Apoyo durante el análisis del impacto del cambio
Programación y gestión de trabajos por lotes manuales/ad hoc
