Key Responsibilities:
· Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for digital products, focusing on the standardization of UX/UI across different systems and localization of established design standards
· Work with other designers in both Hong Kong and the US
· Conduct user research to understand user needs and validate design decisions
· Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to understand business goals and visualize feasible proposal.
· Lead design reviews and iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders
· Participate in Agile development processes and work closely with development teams to implement designs, understanding how UI components are developed by frontend developers
· Contribute and promote design guidelines, standards, workflows and best practices.
Requirements:
· Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
· Experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer, with a significant portion of this time spent on projects involving UX/UI standardization across multiple systems
· Expertise in user research methods and tools, and the ability to translate findings into user-centered design solutions.
· Proficiency in Figma or similar design software, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
· Experience in backend application (e.g. CMS, agent app) design, motion graphics design, design system/UI library maintenance is a plus.
