Role Outline:
The candidate responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of IT-related projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure. This role involves coordinating between business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints. The candidate will focus on system implementations, integrations, application development, and change requests while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and digital transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business units to understand project ideas, assist in business case preparation, cost estimation, and budget securing.
- Develop project charters, plans, and RFPs (Request for Proposals) in collaboration with the Business Solutions development team.
- Participate in vendor selection and technical evaluations.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including vendor onboarding, project kick-off, and baseline planning.
- Report on project performance, including progress against scope, schedule, budget, risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure to projects on track
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and RAC guidelines.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution with vendors
- Lead project closure activities, including final deliverables verification, documentation completion, and handover to operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information system, software engineering or related field is a minimum
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a must
- Any BA certificate is a plus
- Experience on enterprise solutions and systems
- Arabic speaker
