Shift pattern: General

WFO: We are flexible for work from office days. Currently, we are working 2 days in a month from office, and it may evolve to 1/ 2 days in a week depending on HR communication.

Your profile:

  • Graduate/ post-graduate in Life Sciences/ Allied Life Sciences
  • 2-5 years of Pharmacovigilance or Operations Management

Essential skills:

  • Experience in ICSR Case Management from solicited and unsolicited sources
  • Understanding of Pharmacovigilance
  • Well-versed with MS Office applications
  • Experience in global or local safety database would be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
  • German, French, Spanish or Dutch language knowledge is an advantage but not a must

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day/to/day work, process flows and constantly endeavouring to be able to lead the team from the front.

- Ensure all cases/activities/communications are tracked for completion from a regulatory and internal compliance and Quality perspective.

- Identify and highlight any potential risks from engagement perspective to stakeholders.

- Responsible for management activities (Operational: SLAs/KPIs, invoicing, BCP requirements, client communication, process improvements; Workforce: assignment of work, leaves, goals setting performance reviews etc.

- Drive outlier management and performance improvement plans with effective feedback and coaching to the team members

- Ensure appropriate onboarding of associates including completion of all applicable trainings and mentoring as needed

- Ensure overall training compliance for self and respective teams.

- Communication of resource issues/resignations/absconder to Delivery Manager and ensure appropriate offboarding of associates.

- Providing RCA & CAPA for all applicable issues as and when required.

- Ensure good documentation practices are followed, and team is always ready to participate in audit or inspection activities when required.

- Stay abreast with latest updates on PV regulation around the globe.
