Transition back into the workforce through the Cognizant Returnship Program, a 3-month paid experience for talented technology professionals who have:
- A minimum of 5 years of prior professional working experience
- Taken a minimum 18-months career break
This program includes upskilling, shadowing real-time projects, working with cutting-edge technology, coaching and mentoring. At the end of the program, you’ll be fast-tracked into consideration for a position with Cognizant.
