SAP S/4HANA Experience
•15+ years’ experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP
•In depth experience of SAP MDG stand-alone and embedded in S/4HANA
•Knowledge of master data domains, Material, Supplier, Customer, and Finance
•Proficiency in integrating SAP MDG with SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA) and legacy platforms
•Experience and exposure to data migration and cleansing in a S/4HANA environment
•Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, with a deep understanding of its regulatory and operational requirements (GxP)
•Understanding of the leading industry business and governance practices in MDG
•Understanding of emerging technologies like SAP MDG on S/4HANA and AI/ML-based data governance tools
•Has a good understanding of the latest and future functionality that SAP has to offer
•Understand the integration with other key functions such as sales, procurement, distribution and finance.
Business Experience and Skills
•Experience in solution design, pre-sales , RFPs, proposals, orals
•Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
•Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
•Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
•Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
•Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
•Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in designing, and building the process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.
•Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
•Lead end-to-end integration of SAP MDG with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and legacy systems
•Ensure data consistency, compliance, and quality in alignment with industry standards
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and translate them into MDG functionality
•Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, master data management, and system integration
•Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues effectively
•Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Architect with 15 to 17 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA Administration and SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service Center Implementation and Business Process Outsourcing. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP S4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S4 HANA systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP S4 HANA best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S4 HANA with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP S4 HANA configurations processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in SAP S4 HANA implementations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and performance of SAP S4 HANA systems.
- Support the implementation of Customer Service Center solutions leveraging SAP S4 HANA capabilities.
- Manage Business Process Outsourcing projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on SAP S4 HANA functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze system performance identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Lead the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for SAP S4 HANA systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize SAP S4 HANA project requirements and deliverables.
