Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript and MySQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.
• Have a good understanding of software development best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus.
• Have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
