Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Genesys Cloud technologies and domain expertise in customer setup and IVR. This role involves developing implementing and maintaining solutions that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud technologies to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
- Utilize Genesys Cloud Architect to design and configure call flows and routing strategies.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud APIs to enable seamless communication between different systems and applications.
- Implement and manage Genesys Cloud Outbound solutions to optimize outbound communication strategies.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Genesys Cloud WFM to ensure efficient workforce management.
- Utilize Genesys Cloud QM to monitor and improve the quality of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud Scripts to automate and streamline processes.
- Implement Genesys Cloud Digital solutions to enhance digital customer engagement.
- Design and deploy Genesys CloudBots to automate customer interactions using digital bots.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud solutions to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of Genesys Cloud configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Genesys Cloud technologies and best practices.

- Possess strong experience in Genesys Cloud technologies including Genesys Cloud Architect APIs Outbound WFM QM Scripts Digital and Bots.
- Demonstrate expertise in customer setup and IVR domain skills.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show proficiency in integrating and managing APIs for seamless communication between systems.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
