Partner Marketing and Events Senior Associate (remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take immediate ownership of the strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs by collaborating with internal and external resources. This role is crucial in enhancing marketing programs that build awareness, create demand, and measure results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans for partner programs, including pre-event activities, event strategy, promotion plans, and post-event marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technology, event teams, and business stakeholders to align event strategies with marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor event timelines and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Manage external vendor assignments and budget related to events.
  • Evaluate event success and provide detailed reports on outcomes, including stakeholder feedback and recommendations for future events.
  • Promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through joint relationships.
  • Create marketing content and sales tools to support partners’ products and services to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role.
  • Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills.
  • Dynamic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of SaaS marketing automation software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behavior trends, target audience, demography, etc.
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to work with international partners.
  • Experience in working in Global system integrators space

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 4, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $104,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
