Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Opentext and technical knowledge with a preference for those with domain skill experience in Data Models. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Opentext to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Participate in project planning and estimation to provide accurate timelines and resource requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 12 years of experience in Opentext.
- Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in designing and implementing data models.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
- Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
