Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Opentext and technical knowledge with a preference for those with domain skill experience in Data Models. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Opentext to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation to provide accurate timelines and resource requirements.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background with 10 to 12 years of experience in Opentext.
  • Demonstrate extensive technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing data models.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
  • Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.
  • Be adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
  • Exhibit the ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.

Certified OpenText Professional Data Modeling Certification
