Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Netcracker and Agile methodologies as well as domain expertise in provisioning billing systems. This hybrid role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure project success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and understood by the team.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
  • Utilize Netcracker and Agile methodologies to streamline project processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings providing updates on status risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of provisioning billing systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and deliver better results.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Netcracker and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in provisioning billing systems with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Show proficiency in risk management and issue resolution with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Display a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have experience in conducting post-project evaluations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Certifications Required

    PMP or PRINCE2 certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent.
