Job Summary (ISG)
We are seeking a Principal Product Engineer with 4 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N. Experience in Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of product features and enhancements using Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N.
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development and maintenance.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the areas of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Managed Market SQL PL/SQL and Model N.
- Should have a solid understanding of Compliance Management Connected Health and Medical Devices.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Should have experience with agile development methodologies.
- Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Should have a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Should have experience with technical documentation and best practices.
- Must be able to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
