Required Skills:
- Absolutely strong on project management concepts, covering all business process, including technical and management activities.
- Ideal Candidate should have over 8 years of experience leading SAP Complex Projects
- Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA and experience with Agile Methodology.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize JIRA for task management, sprint planning, and issue tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular monitoring of project progress, reconciling with baseline plans.
- Maintain and track risks, issues, and follow-up on closure actions.
- Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Ensure quality control at all stages, minimizing errors in deliverables.
- Oversee requirements gathering and approval processes according to organizational standards
- Manage changes to the project baseline, handle change requests, and secure necessary approvals
- Provide regular project updates through comprehensive written and verbal reports
