Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST, Spring Webflux Reactive, AWS, SQL and MySQL. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.Responsibilities- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Webflux Reactive and Spring MVC.
- Resource should have at least 7 years of experience in Java and at least 2 years experience in Spring Webflux Reactive.
- Write efficient SQL queries and manage MySQL databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software design and development processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
