Job Description:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and operations staff, building a bridge between product and policy teams.

We seek a candidate who thrives in ambiguity, excels at building projects from inception, and is adept at facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Requirements
● Participate in user research activities to understand user’s goals and needs.
● Develop models of users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.
● Define context scenarios and tell stories about ideal user experiences the team wants to achieve.
● Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user’s goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look.
● Design the overall structure and behavior of the system, information flows, and workflows.
● Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring the design enables users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
Requirements
● Relevant experience as a product designer.
● Skilled in conducting workshops and user interviews.
● Able to design using Figma tools.
● Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Strong stakeholder management skills.
