Banking & Financial Services Consulting
Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is seeking talented consultants with business analysis and digital change delivery experience to work with our ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups, and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences. This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading Benelux based clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate client requirements within the Finance Domain to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for Core Banking projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Banking Products.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes in Asset and Wealth Management.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards in the Finance Domain.
- Oversee the development and deployment of banking solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support clients in the adoption and implementation of new banking technologies.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
Personal Attributes
- Possess a strong background in Finance Domain with hands-on experience in Core Banking.
- Demonstrate expertise in Banking Products and their applications.
- Have a good understanding of Asset and Wealth Management practices.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show proficiency in project management and delivery.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
