Job Description:
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment in IT industry
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing feedback to candidates at each stage of the selection process.
- Negotiating job offers and employment terms with successful candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring their smooth integration into the company.
